1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Broilers.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Broilers.cc is a web-based broiler farm management tool that allows users to track batches, feed, mortality, expenses, sales and profitability. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • One person or business may maintain one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code or content.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on the rights of others.

5. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your farm data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
  • We may use anonymised, aggregated data for the purpose of improving the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Broilers.cc available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Broilers.cc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
